I am still here, conceded defeat doing it on my own and Catriona (my eldest) and I have gone back to slimmong World. Nice to see some of the members were much slimmer than when I last saw them.

Have put 1½lbs since I was last weighed in October - and guess what the weight of my prosthesis is? Exactly that!

Anyway, am pouring through the book, eating tons and tons of free foods and will know on Tuesday evening if it is working. Am off to the gym either tonight or tomorrow and now walking the hounds for 45mins twice daily.

Julie have you been to the doc? Whenever I get that it is usually a very nasty ear infection and quick dose of antibiotics does the trick.

Thanks Liesa, I have been nursing a really bad migraine for 2 days and still working[msnsad] Think its tuned a corner now though!

Stayed the same this week, I'm a bit annoyed as I have been really good however I have not run since the race on Sunday, the migraine is still hanging around too[msnsad]

Never mind back to running on Monday[msnwink]

julie aka Lucy, i was like that last weigh in, but the lady said as i had a big weight loss the week before it evens itself our, remember you lost 3lbs the week before so maybe it wouldve been 1lb a week???????????

Was at docs early in the week - he seemed to think a virus has caused the vertigo rather than an infection. Got some tablets which made me feel a lot better but I'm still not great, still feel very dizzy and dis-orientated. I'm not used to being ill and really really hope I can get back to work Monday....
