i am doing the weight watcher diet, and am really gonna go for it! the fact that Steve is doing so well will only help to inspire me!!
have been to this club before so am not shy about asking for advise on things!
have eaten "properly" and done a tracker today so i think this will really help! even the nurse thinks at certain times i may not eat enough! and thats why i put on and not lose!
i had a lovely roast chicken salad on sunday whilst the family sat here eating roast potatoes and yorkshire puds etc... (was a bit naughty and have always admitted when naughty , had 3 yorkshire puddings with raspberry jam on[msnwink]) wont be doing that again for a very long time!! and i never ever eat the skin of chicken!!!!
