[msncry][msncry]got on my scales again!!! and they make me 17 8 !!!!! whats happening???? mine and the nurses have always differed but we accept that! now i am eating a nice not over the top salad at lunch time and a good for you dinner, i know i picked yesterday on 1 packet of mini chedder biscuits and a half a packet of chewits!!! no cream cakes no drink!!!!
this is depressing me!!!
its always the same, even the nurse says she hates it when i say i tried harder!!!!! she knows i always put on! when i am not so bothered (yeah right) i lose it!!! whats happening to me???? i need to be more comfy for the flights and i have only 3 months left!!! we all know how quickly that will go!

Also when you say you are having salads, ask you self what is in them? Dressings?? Pasta?? Any hidden calories??

I had an Indian Samosa and a portion of Chicken Pakora as my tea last night[msnsad] But apart from that I have been good[msnsmile]
Only 3 weeks till my run and I really wanted to lose about 4 lbs by then so going to keep it up this week[sporty][sporty][sporty]

Well my husband took me to a country pub for lunch and I had roast pork etc[msneek], have tried to be good since to make up for the roast potatoes. Had marinated turkey breast last night with salad and chicken and salad today.
Liesa, I would stick to the nurses scales and wait and see what they say on Wednesday. Don't be disheartend, keep going.

I know that diets always start on Mondaysbut would it be ok if I joined you all? I am off to Florida in 5 weeks and 5 days and would love to lose a stone before then. I will weigh myself in the morning and from then will weigh in on Fridays.

hi all still busy super sizing. have been quite good really not had many icecreams due to weather. but i sneaked my first ice
cream biscuit in ak yesterday[msnsmile2].
we ve managed about 4 visits and a take away from olive garden where weve had salad starter and pasta each time -shrimp primavera- so even thats quite good. both had a naughty hour at busch gardens where we got stuck in the cake shop due to rain[msnwink]and had to eat carrot cake and peanut butter cream cheesecake pie thingy after eating lunch
