pippa, nibbles are ok but now hes had them he mustnt have them again! once in a while isnt to bad as we all have to live, and no one can be that saintly well except..........Julie and sally!!![msnwink] mine is being so good he doesnt pick at all now and everyone has started noticing he doesnt have the beer belly any more!!! so far he has lost 22 pounds + i think
he has WW tonight!! and i am back with the nurse tomorrow, spect i will get told off!! havent been to good these last 2 weeks whilst shes been away![msnembarrased]

I have to admit to straying back to the chocolate the last couple of days[msnsad] but I can honestly feel such a difference in the way i feel........ it gives me headaches makes me tired and generally lethargic so no more!!!!!

I'm glad I went cold turkey and just stopped having it, it's showed me how bad it is for me.

I have bought the Paul McKenna 'I can make you thin' book, its a good read so far nearly finished it so will let you know what I think, I think I remember someone else on here trying it, will have to go back a few pages.

hello everyone , havent caught up in a while so how is everyone ? liesa hope you get on alright with the nurse and julie hope you had a lovely birthday. have to say had a big surprise on mon night when got weighed had only lost a pound week before and can honestly say have done mothing differnt at all got on scales mon night 6 pound OFF nearly kissed the woman weighing me was so chuffed fianlly all that hard work is starting to pay off i just need to keep at it still need another 1.5 stones off in 5 weeks [msnscared] oh god hope i can do it or will be buying another wedding dress [msnscared]

right, i put on 2lbs this week, i am not to worried as the nurse was off for two weeks and my scales dont always measure the same as the nurses!

I am doing OK yesterday was a run, porridge, feta salad pitta and chicken stir fry!!!

I'm in the dangerzone today[msnsad], have a few things going on and in the past I would comfort eat. Have got to try and be good but know I will struggle.

I think I need a good kick up the b**.
