hi everyone keep drifting in and out of thread for last few weeks have caught up now and am back on track have joined a slimming club and am still doing 2 hours in gym 6 times a week ! god knows how but i am. i have 2 months to go till fly out and need to loose 2 stone at least or wedding dress wont fit nothing like a bit of pressure eh ? have got lots going on so bit of stress at the moment. first weigh in tonight so wish me luck have been so good so hope it pays off tonight will let you all know later xx

Since Christmas I have joined the gym, never done that before, and dieted, so far I have only lost 5lb and nothing at all in the las month, will I ever fit in those new jeans.

I just seem to be on a mega plateau so I have fine tuned it today and cut back a bit more on the food portions etc and may do some extra running and I may only weigh in every two weeks [msnwink]
Will I give up? Never! Even if I only lose a lb a month I will keep at this until I have lost at least another stone[msnscared]
Daisy I have lost 1 stone 12lb since we started on Jan 18th, if I can do it then anyone can, never had much willpower until now.

Lyn , 5 lb is not bad going, don't be disheartened keep going.
Lucy (or Julie) (I keep thinking Liesa is talking about me then I realise its you) as you told me a couple of weeks ago when I hit a plateau, just keep doing what you're doing - it will pay off.
I think the reason I'm losing so slowly now is because I have probably reached the weight my body is meant to be at - and it's perhaps wishful thinking on my part to want to lose another half stone and weigh what I did 3 or 4 years ago. Won't stop me trying tho [msnwink] [msnwink]

[msncry]have put on 4lbs which is ok, as i had a big weight loss for no real reason other with health worries i couldnt eat properly!! so thats still 2 off the origional weight! before!!! will add the boys after WW tonight! nurse is off to cuba tomorrow so went early! no weigh ins for 2 weeks!![]()
