Its Tuesday and its very quiet, how is everyone doing?

I am still on track plodding along looking forward to a loss on Friday, got the personal trainer today so will not be able to move tomorrow![msnscared]

am still trying very hard, felt so bad eating the eatser eggs! cant say i actually enjoyed any of them! blasted things think we'll have a ban on them next year!
appetite is still blur! but am not putting any on!

How is your mouth Liesa, mine is still a bit sore. As it was the first time I have had a tooth out I never knew what to expect. Is it right that after a week I am still swollen and bruised. The roof of my mouth is still so sore, burst blisters and full of ripples.

Hi Lucy - I'm still working very hard [msneek]

Did two hours at the gym last night. Tried one of their new steppers and boy was it hard work [msnoo]
Did all the weight machines, and did lots of "bum" excercises and then did free weights for the bits I'd missed, followed by sit ups [msnoo]

Like you I'm heading towards a loss on Friday (I must lose some this week surely [msnscared])
