As it's still raining [msnmad] I'm doing a bit of a spring clean. I've found a slendertone toning belt that I bought about 5 years ago and hardly ever used [msnembarrased]
Has anyone used them - do they do any good???

I just wanted to gloat a bit[msntongue] no chocolate has passed my lips for four whole days, I have a killer headache but am sure it will be worth it. I think this maybe the longest I've gone without having ANY but my thinking is if I don't have any, I wont crave any if you know what I mean[msnscared]

if you have a cat or dog, throw it in the bin, then tell the kids the animal got it - if you dont have any pets throw some away and put the rest in the kids rooms. make them have a chocolate only day. one day wont kill them but it'll help you[msnsmile2]

They have eaten lots today - can you freeze chocolate? [msnscared]

Went to the gym at long last. have not put anything on, very surprised. Another bad week, curry Thursday, party on friday (ours, we thought we would have a couple of people round - 30 turned up!!!!)
Saturday big big hang over.
Sunday - not bad - 4 hours wall paper stripping - WOODCHIP!!!!!!!!!!!!!ARGGGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHH
MONDAY (TODAY) GYM.
a BIT OF A MIXTURE REALLY
Julie - I had a slendertone - used whilst doing the ironing DID NOT MAKE THE SLIGHTEST DIFFERENCE
TREV - it is a smaller version of a washing machine!! that fits around your tummy!! Not that I have ever tried to a washing machine[msnwink][msnwink]
Come on again everybody weekend over - back to business
