Hi Lucy

Been keeping to the plan on eating. Went to the gym on Wednesday did 30 mins on the treadmill, wanted to use the rower but someone was on it. Thursday afternoon by sides where my chest and back has been hurting is in agony. Not sure if it was the exercise or not. Have taken a couple of diclofenec hopefully will settle down. might have to give trampolining a miss tonight.
Let you know how it goes in a couple of hours.

Yes it has gone quiet.

I felt like I was struggling yesteday, somedays its fine but days like yesterday I felt hungry all day. Just wanted to eat something yummy, but I didn't.

its gone quiet cos i got a sore throat!![msnwink]
had to go to the Dr's this morning its so painful, have a throat infection!!
so got me antibiotics, but am having trouble eating, no appetite and hurts to swallow!! will wait for painkillers to kick in before i have something to eat!![msnwink]
