Liesa don't worry ts nothing, just a point are you eating enough?? [msnwink]
Liesa, you are doing so well don't feel bad that you,ve put a little on!!
I heard from someone that if you are not eating well enough your body thinks your starving it and so starts to actually store your fat reserves!!! (in case you carry on starving it)
don't know how true this is but know it happened to a friend of mine.
Remember how much you've already lost!![clap][clap]

Liesa I can understand if you are fed up, I am for not losing any. After I weighed myself today I felt like having a pig out. I didn't as I don't want to give up.
Keep it up.[sporty][sporty][sporty]

It is true Sharon, its like trying to burn a fire without putting any coal on it, your met has to have something to burn to keep it ticking over high enough to burn fat reserves[msnwink]
liesa,
IT'S NOT ABOUT NEVER FAILING, IT'S ABOUT HOW WE REACT WHEN WE DO[sporty]
BESIDES YOU HAVENT REALLY FAILED,YOURE STILL DOING WELL, WE ALL KNOW ITS NOT EASY, SO PICK UP, DUST OFF AND LETS GO AGAIN. 7 DAYS AT A TIME[msnsmile2]

Liesa found this for you.......
Never eat less than 1200 calories per day and never skip breakfast! Either of these will decrease your metabolic rate and cause you to burn fewer calories per day. Eating fewer than 1200 calories per day is not enough to support your basal metabolism and skipping breakfast allows your body to go without food for 12 to 18 hours (dinner until lunch the next day). Your body thinks it's "starving" and slows your metabolism as a protective mechanism.

do you guys really know what this means to me??? the support is great!!!
i am not giving up i feel very positive it means alot to me to know you care!!!
thanks all !!!!![grouphug][grouphug] am coming down with a cold now, so will feel lousy for a day or two but will keep all of this in mind, but i do think maybe i am not eating enough!!!! breakfast, small bowl of something maybe with a banana sliced on top, or cereal with a sprinkle of canderal, mug shots for lunch (thick soup in a mug with pasta or noodles, equivalent to 4 and a 1/2 points at weight watchers,) and whatever for dinner, baked potatoes with natural cottage cheese most nights, sometimes without the cc and add a meaty bit or fish and a muller light yoghurt!!!!!! give or take a different something each day, but do love jacket potatoes or curley fries oven baked.............
