well done lucy lynn and jackie, heres a topical icy one

when guzzling your water to hydrate and stave off hunger etc make sure the water is icy. your body will burn an extra ..31.. calories warming up one litre of icy water to 37 c or

get off the bus early/park further away from the office etc - walk 10 minutes in the morning and ten minutes every evening extra and you'll burn off around 20,000 calories over the year - nearly half a stone????

one last one for the ladies i thought[msnsmile2]. a session of dishwashing burns about 25 calories

Never mind Sally - the slower you lose it the more chance it will stay off - that's what they say anyway!!!!

    well here goes!![msncry] i put on a 1lb..... am so not happy[msnmad]

i have tried so hard i havent picked or done anything that i would consider cheating/naughty!!! sorry but yes i have been perfect so why??????????????
the nurse said Fidget when sitting still, have a fidget she said it helps burn of calories!!
but the good bit is not a lot but but half inch of my wasit!! and another person i saw this morning (never dishes compliments) said you've lost weight and it really notices!!!! that was coming from her a bonus!!
i have no pain in my body anywhere and slept all night soundly so was in a fantastic mood!!!!!!!
i have the radio on so jigging about with that,

steve lost 2 and a 1/2 lbs at weigh[bad language filtered out]chers now and russ lost 3 and a 1/2 last night!!
    steve total 12 1/2 lbs
    russell 10 1/2 lbs
me a stone but put on a 1lb

might not seem like much to some but to me its devastating!!!!!!!!
dont want to lose hope and put any of it back on again!!!!!!!!!![grouphug]
