    have had my first weigh in and have lost 7 ILS am really pleased that is the last 12 days. have had the chance to some exercise and that has helped as well managed 24 lenghts today nearly need dragging out the pool but manged it am going to try and go at least 3 times a week to build my strenght up so i`m not so embarrased as well ![:I] dont like communial changing rooms neaver mind walking about in swimming costume ! but am determined .
    well done keep it up its really insiring reading this thread.

    Well done everyone, we are doing it right otherwise we would be putting it on!

    I had to wear my suit today first time in 2 weeks and my skirt was loose!!! It felt really good!

    Still having my porridge every morning, today I had a drained tin of tuna on salad for lunch and just had an early tea, chicken stir fry with melon for pud!

    I did an hour on the treadmill yesterday 30 mins in the morning and 30 mins in the evening doing 3 mins run and 2 mins walking fast, did another 30 mins today plus free weights and core ball, I feel much firmer than I did a month ago!

    Florida babes we WILL be!!!!![grouphug][grouphug]

    well done girls !!!! and not forgetting the guys!!
    someof us didnt lose any weight this week, but as we are all finding out it doesnt have to come off on the scales this week so dont be disheartened its probably coming off your body in inches and noticing clothing feeling better!! keep going!!!!!!!!!!! am proud of all of us that are doing "healthy eating" and "healthy exercise" and just generally healthier living!!!!!!
