despite all my best efforts the steroids have taken their toll

6lb weight gain[msncry][gun] i'm gutted

i expect most of it to be the water that is bloating me up at the moment but its still not fair

doctor says i'll be on this high dose for another 10 days and after we are gonna reduce slowly for the following four weeks so by mid jan i will be really depressed

i am gonna exercise some more to see if i can slow the gain and i am gonna detox a little the only thing is i love my coffee and detox gives me a really bad head

and Paula i have a gem of a husband knows how to do the laundry ,cooks, cleans is great with the kids, fancies me like crazy no matter how much i complain about the size of my bum
but when it comes to shopping he is the devil incarnate
i have found a solution to this though its called tesco online[msnwink]
