( i dont believe this, last week for some reason the nurse bashed the scales it gave me a 4lb loss, which i hadnt gone mad about dieting so didnt expect it, but this week i have put it on after being "good")this has cheesed me off a bit cos i have been good, even with the Bbq in the park only had 2 cheeseburgers! and a bag of low fat crisps which i havent had in ages!
so my theory i would have stayed the same as last week but it shouldnt have been a 4lb loss!
Steve lost 2lbs
Russ lost 1/2lb which is good for him as he has been so slack with dieting!
(hope you get what i mean?)

Hormones and bad weather don't mix well in June!!
Wanted to get out for nice walks with the children and instead we are stuck in - looks like it will be a trip to the Trafford Centre instead - well the new John Lewis opened on Monday!!![msnwink][msnwink]
Children love it because a Thorntons ice cream will be on the cards for them (not me!!!)
I feel a bit slimmer today which at this stage of the month is rare!! (glad trevs not here to listen to all this girl talk)!!![msnwink][msnwink]
