Ceri, i think a piece of toast is ok, (Lucy might suggest something else) at least its something, dont have to stuff your face but just a little of something YOU like helps!if you look to losing 18lbs that would be about right, just under 1 and a 1/2 stone, i weigh myself with a nighty on and after a wee first thing in the morning and if poss weigh yourself that same time a week later if poss again wear the same thing if you have to do it with clothes on
(i go to the nurse each week and also same day get on my scales so i know what the difference is)is there not a time in the day when you can prepare something for yourself? worry about the others later, concern yourself with you and your food intake! the others wont starve but us mums must take care of us!!!!!!!!!![msnwink]
