I have 3 kids and the only way I can exercise is to do it at home or WALK. I now have a cross trainer, treadmill and weights at home which I use religiously. My routine is also to get up very early as it is genuinely the only time of the day when I can have a stretch of time to myself without interruption. I do 40 mins before getting the kids up on a morning and we leave for school at 7.45!(I leave it to your imagination what time I have to start!) Before that, I have exercised and showered, ate breakfast, etc. During the day, I try to walk inbetween working and doing loads of other things.
