    Lucy-I'm with you.
    I have 3 kids and the only way I can exercise is to do it at home or WALK. I now have a cross trainer, treadmill and weights at home which I use religiously. My routine is also to get up very early as it is genuinely the only time of the day when I can have a stretch of time to myself without interruption. I do 40 mins before getting the kids up on a morning and we leave for school at 7.45!(I leave it to your imagination what time I have to start!) Before that, I have exercised and showered, ate breakfast, etc. During the day, I try to walk inbetween working and doing loads of other things.

    Ceri- Welcome! Lucy is very knowledgeable and full of good advice. Lets do this

    Lucy-I'll be with you on the treadmill at 6am!!

    Oh Yes - 3lb loss this week. I am so pleased with that after last week, but I did try harder this week.

    1 stone 3lb now[clap][clap][clap][clap]

    Good advice Lucy.

    Ceri, don't forget that we are all in this together and when you feel the going is tough get on here and there will be someone to help you along.

    Right I am going to be very brave now and do something I haven't done so far and thats mention what weight I am. Well I started at 15 stone [msnembarrased][msnoo][msnscared][msnsad], but this morning I am 13 stone 11 lb. There I have done it, that should shame me into losing even more.

    I AM GOING TO THE GYM TODAY!!

    Knee still hurting but there are other things - like do more that 25 sit-ups!! I seem to stop when the pain hits BUT we all know that this means it is working!

    WELL..........i stayed the same!
    felt like i shouldve at least lost a 1lb but its better then putting it on!!! am sure once we get some better weather i will really get going!![msnwink] i will!!!!
    and next week i will will will will lose at least 2lb!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!


    oooooops i forgot to mention hubby Steve he lost 1/2lb last night at WW and Russ stayed the same!! we're all going that bit further this week!!!!!

    Well done Sally and Liesa!!!

    Sally thats fab news and brave too!! My start weight was 12 stone 5lbs I am currently (on Monday) 11 stone 12lbs at 5' 7" - its important to your height into account too!

    I have the day from hell today so wont see you till late tonight, back to back appts including hairdressers (not been for 6 months!) with a 3 y/o in tow - never mind, Network Meeting in Manchester tonight to try to get some more business, hate days like this but never mind!![msnsmile]

    My legs and hips and knees are all complaining today - must be the running so not doing anymore today have a little rest.

    Come an all lets go for it!!!

    Well done Liesa, at least you never put any on.

    When I didn't lose any last week I went through everything that I eat and tried to cut it down even more[msnsad] or swapped things about. They was not alot I could cut back but every little helps.

    I am sure it will be good news next week.

    it should be because i am NOT GIVING UP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! my lifestyle is changing i hate sugar on cereal and havent had it for a couple of years now!! and only drink semi skimmed milk anyway, may only have 2 or 3 cuppas a day so dont have many naughties......

    I agree with everyone else - WE ARE NOT PUTTING WEIGHT ON!

    If you work out how much you have put on weightwise over the last couple of years I bet it is about 1 to 2 lbs per month. It all adds up

    Went to gym only managed 15 mins run/walk
    20 mins bike
    30 sit-ups (on the big ball thing)
    36 sit-ups on the machine (a bit like crunches)

    A bit disappointed BUT at least I went

    Come on girls I nearly did not go when i saw the weather but did in the end
