    Thanks a lot everyone.

Just come back from taking the girls to their trampoling class. They only have about 55 mins, I didn't fell it was enough time to do anything in the gym as sometimes you have to wait for the equipment to be free.

I made my mind up I will do at least an hour when the girls do their gym classes ona Wednesday and Saturday as they have a class for 2 hours. BUT

SOrry about the but, I have an injury or something at the moment, Just before trampolining onFirday, I have had a niggle in my back, not a back injury it seems like a chest problems when I breathe in it hurts, either I have strained something or I have the comings of a chest infection. I tried swinging my golf clubs at the range on Sunday and it hurst like hell. So I don't want to strain it as I might be able to my trampoling class on Friday. By the way this is an absolute laugh doing this and a great way to chin wag. But everyone has a couple of trips to loo, as we all are getting past the age of 28 and have KIDS, keep those pantyliner handy. I started in May last year and can do quite a bit now, have been trying to do a front somersault at the moment. Getting there. I WILL DEFINETELY START THE GYM NEXT WEDNESDAY.

Will keep you posted. My eating habits are much to be desired. As I very rarely eat during the day. Work is a hard scheule as I work for myself. Its hard to take a break when the person is paying you for the time you are there. So I end up driving fromthe various offices I work from after 1.30 - 2.00 just in time for the kids to come home and start the run around of activities. so I end up eating about 7.00pm and only drink tea all day. I know its not the best way. How do you find a healthy eat to take with you that doesn't take to long eat and it not messy around the work place. This is their offices not mine, so I don't like to take advantage.

Ceri, Im glad you have joined us, but Im going to be really tough on you now[msnwink]

What time do you get up in the morning? I get up at 6am and run for 30 mins Its the only way I can get 'ME" time.

OK you have some injuries - can you walk? If Yes then you can exercise!!

55 minutes not enough time as you have to que for equipment?? Bull ****! 55 mins is plenty of time to do something!

Eating alot to be desired - start a food diary. Eat breakfast - I have a small portion of Porridge Ready Brek Seriously Oaty, its takes 90 seconds in the micro has no sugar and 107 cals with skimmed about 150cals and takes less time than to m ake a cup of tea so eat breakfast! Make a packed lunch for yourself (you would do it for your children) and eat lunch whilst driving from one job to the other!!!

Dont drink tea all day buy some 2 litre bottles of water from supermarket and carry one with you everyday and drink it, not only good for you, your weight and your health but good for wrinkles too!!!

Eat your last meal of the day earlier, plan ahead so you have a healthy tea!

There are way to many buts in your post and Im being hard on you because I have been in your shoes.!!!!

I have 5 children, run my own business and Im a partner in my husbands business, I have no help at home with housework (except from the kids and hubby), I get up at 6am and run for 30 mins, I then get the children up, we all shower wash my hair put make up on and we leave the house at 8.30, I work, shop and do all things we all need to do then I pick the kids up at 3.30 and while they do homework I run again up to 60 mins, I cook and get the little ones in bed by 7, I do the lunches, pack school kits finish any paper work and some evening have to go to networking meetings to generate more business for us.

Ceri we all have very busy lives so if you use the "BUT" word you will never succeed.

So Ceri stop making excuses, put yourself first for a change because lets face it you are no good to your children if you are not around for them due to ill health!

You have to make some lifestyle changes and just do it, you can if you want to!

Good luck and we will give you all the help you need![msnsmile2]

P.S I have only been hard on you because I want to kick your butt into action[msnwink]

Right thats it. I START ON MONDAY.

If my back isn't better by Friday I will see the DOC.

We have an exercise bike at home. I will get up earlier and use that I don't like running, and going out alone early morning and evening makes me nervous.

Gym twice a week. Tampolining once a week and golf once a week with a bit of swing training in between. That four out of seven days with exercise. its a start.

I have a week to sort my shopping out and get a bit more in. I will also have the shopping delivery via the internet at Tesco's to save the two hours I seem to spend cueing at the checkout.

Lucy come on over an kick my b**t from here to timbucktoo, I do need it. I was always a regular at exercise and loved going out as I always met my friends and had a good old natter after, with a couple of drinks thrown in. I really do miss it. Its great with friends but really lonely on your own.

There were times when I was in the gym on my own, when a really stange guy come and and fussed about on the machines not really doing very much, Made me really nervous about going on my own to places. As I always end up the last in the carpark the furthest away from entrance and in total darkness. Roll on the daylight saving when we get the lighter nights.

    Ceri,

    Thats the spirt!![clap][clap][clap][clap][clap][clap]

Try to build up to doing exercise for at least an hour 6 days a week, get that heart rate up!

We will be with you every step of the way.

I don't go to the gym anymore as its too time consuming, I have a treadmill, Core ball and two sets of free weights at home in my hall, saves on travel time[msnwink]

    Good luck girl!!![sporty]
