I Iost 2lbs!!!!! That's the first half stone gone!!!! Yippee!!! So pleased all my hard work has been rewarded [clap][clap][clap]

Im in the routine now but its amazing what a bit of extra exercise can do, if I lost another stone I would be in my correct range for my hieght at 5' 7" Idealy want to lose another stone and a half that takes me back to pre baby weight when I was 24!!!!

So come on everyone get into the routine and lets go for it! I am!![sporty][sporty][sporty]

P.S Don't let a bit of snow get in the way!!!

A bit of snow [?] There's loads of it [msnscared].
Will see what the weather is like tonight but I am not making an evening journey I don't have to - it's bad enough thinking of driving home from work.
I will do some weights at home tho if I don't make it.... PROMISE

Sorry Julie I wasn't suggesting you risk life and limb, I know you will keep it up! Its only just clouded over here in Cheshire it was really sunny earlier!

I've lost 1lb this week thats a total of 6lb so far. I was pleased because I was a little bit naughty last week[msntongue] I find it really difficult to diet when I am at home, at work I think I'm hungry and just get on with it, at home I go looking in cupboards[msnembarrased]and as I work in a school I was of last week.

I have just found out that there is a Concorde Reuion on the 23 March, I can't decide whether to go or whether to wait for the next one which will be in the summer, there will be people there that I have not seen for 10 years and want to really look my best!!

So what do you all think, should I go or wait for the next one? My gut feel is to wait as I will be closer to my goal weight by then and it will be summer so traveling down from Manchester to Bracknell would be easier etc....................????[msnwink][msnwink]

Lucy if it was me I would go to the one in March. It would be lovely to see people that you haven't seend for 10 years. What if the one in the summer gets cancelled for some reason then you miss out. Go for it.

Tried to be good today, but I'm still on Florida time, we were all wide awake at 2am and not wanting to sleep, finally dropped off about 3am, but not before having bread and jam and hot milk!

I don't even like milk but I would have tried anything to sleep, got up at six for work. I don't know what the children in my school were told, but the first thing a boy called Albert asked me "How's your hangover, that was a long one wasn't it Miss?"

I've never been to school with a hangover, before anyone asks!

Made spag Bol tonight, made sauce myself so Iknow there is no fat added and had only a small plate. Never cooked any garlic bread as I told the others we are are meant to be cutting down. They were not amused.
