Lucy - I don't think I could manage that at present. Maybe after another year working hard at the gym I would consider it.
Have to be careful as I get sciatica and whereas I don't make that an excuse not to excercise I do have to watch I don't overdo it. Fingers crossed though I haven't had much pain from it recently - I get more pain from my once broken cocycx....[msneek]
Does your trainer come to you?

I know what you mean I don't think I could do one yet, maybe next spring/summer?? I need to build up my outside running to have the confidence!!
Yes my trainer does come to me, I have got my treadmill, and a gym ball and two sets of weights all in my hall!! I used to see him at the gym even though he is independent of the gym, he has his own PT Co, I have known him for 7 years and he's more of a friend, he is just in the process of opening a personal training only gym too, what I like about him is he keeps himself very up to date, he trains hard himself and enters Triathlons and Iron Man competitions, runs marathons and is into overall health, he did his original training in the army!!
Pain is the most demotivating part of any training, I have to watch my knees and as I have fallen arches in my feet I often get shin splints (very painful) so there is always something to stop you training to your full potential don't you think!
