Ok everyone I have stayed the same not lost an ounce and I have been sooooooo good and exercised everyday, I look trimmer and I think I have lost inches but I am so disappointed as I have only lost 5lbs since we started and I know I don't have that much to lose but I am so p****d off!!!!!

Liesa have you heard of aloe vera juice its is meant to be great for many probs and is being trialed by the NHS? I am going to try it as my knees are really sore at the moment [msnsad]

Lucy - I know how feel, I don't really have that much to lose either. But I think that's the very reason we can't expect to lose 2lb every week.

The main thing is to keep off what we do lose and keep going. It's not a diet but a healthy way of eating and living so it must be good for us

Haven't been able to post since last Thursday but on my weigh in on Friday morning I lost another 1/2 pound not a lot but better than nothing.

Still can't fit comfortably into my jeans tho and as that is my real target I know I still have some work to do.

Keep it going everyone [msnsmile2]

Liesa I hope the tablets do help you but you are doing really well!

I have just seen the trainer and he said I have lost a layer all over, he also said it will be slow as I do not have loads to lose and have always been quite fit and healthy so I have to go the extra mile to get the remaining lbs off, so I am re motivated and I will do it come what may!!!![msnwink]

Lucy - at that rate we'll both be able to run a marathon soon [msnwink]

An hour a day on the treadmill sounds a bit too much for me [msnscared]
I'm off to the gym tonight and will try to do a bit extra on the treadmill. Also need to spend more time doing free weights I think rather than the machines [sporty] [sporty]

Here's to losing weight this week [beer]

Weigh day for me today and like Lucy I have again lost nothing, but I haven't put anything on either, so that must be good.

You know the 2lbs I lost? put it back on!! But feel thinner literally. I am with the "muscle weighs more than fat!!" Other half also put on 3lbs after losing it last weekend!

Mmmmmmmmm but don't care as I know I look better so does he!

Tonight though sod the diet, I am actually cooking (normally hubby to be does it- he is a good cook)
We are having poussin in a lime and chilli tomatoe/white wine sauce, with roasted vegetables and potatoes. I will let you know if we are still alive tomorrow.

He has just come in with some roses, a card and chocolates and pink champagne - aaahh bless

Hope everyone has a good evening, remember we are allowed one night off every now and then

Michele
