Got the gym at last today[angel], feel really good after it too, and did loads of the pilates exercises so will pay for that in the tummy tomorrow.

Banana for brekkies, freezing cold hike with the hounds, it is bitterly cold even with my Dr Zhivago get up - I leave my boots in the car as not unknown for me to forget them otherwise, sooo cold putting a foot in either a freezing welly or freezing hiking boot. Bulghar wheat salad with lemon juice dressing and har-boiled eggs for lunch, then had lasagne for supper - made with skimmed milk, so better than a bought one, but hardly high up on the list of approved things to eat. Still, only water or tea to drink all day!

Off to the hairdresser tomorrow am to have the grey covered up, coming in fast furious at the front[msncry]. My motto has always been, first grey hair is the last - not only am I keeping my dentist in her pension, also my hairdresser. Chris always says "did I take out a mortgage for your visit today", he does however reluctantly agree that it is jolly expensive, but looks good. (And when you have thin and ratty hair like mine it needs all the help it can get - sorry let me rephrase that positively, fine but lots of it!!)

I lost 3lbs!!!
I am so pleased because I really can 'feel' slimmer, I don't feel like I am yo yoing from week days when I am good to weekend when I am not so good - I really like this SW because I actually eat proper meals and not just salad, I know I have much to learn about the programme but I feel I can't eat well and lose the lbs[clap][clap][clap][clap]

Thanks for all your helps guys - and Mizzy what do you think????

Well done Julie, that's wonderful. Yes you can eat well and lose pounds! It only gets harder when you are just off target.

Mizzy thinks that your a star!!!!![clap][clap][clap][clap]

it really is about eating healthy satisfying meals that the whole family can eat and the idea of syns was so that you never feel deprived so it takes away the on and off a diet
i think you should dash to a local class so that you have all the books and info at your fingertips ( ooh and ask about flexible syns!!) and then the skies the limit for you Julie, i really can see you reaching for that goal come easter and we will all be over to celebrate with you[msnwink]

Morning Ladies and Macka,

Thanks for your thoughts for me yesterday.
Well yesterday went as well as expected but very very sad. There were so many people came , he had a very good send off and would have been chuffed so many people came.
Nearly everyone were in tears at the end when his partner had chosen the song, I think sung by James Blunt......Goodbye my lover, goodbye my friend.

Julie....Well done lady 3lb's is fantastic, you'll be a size 8 befre you know it!![msnsmile2]

Mizzy.....Nice to "see " you and your lovely children! Is the photo from Universal by any chance???

Sheena...thoughts are with you today[grouphug][grouphug]

Had my porridge again this morning, going to weigh myself later as well!!![msneek]

Well done to the losers[msnsmile2]
I have a question for SW gurus. We have been invited out tomorrow by friends who work all day so its a take away .Normally I would go for a Korma if its Indian but I know thats not the best option so I am thinking along the lines of a tandori dish with salad is there anything better to give me a choice ?
Also what if they go chinese any ideas?

Thanks Jan
