for mizzy!! well done

have been decorating all day body says to do it, but now am aching like mad!! elbows feet and hands at present, didnt sleep all that well last night, Steve says i am waking him up alot now!!!makes me feel terrible as he is a mechanic and out in the cold most of the day so doesnt need the added tiredness as well, am hoping to get a good nights sleep tonight, or else i will scream!!!
dont know how the diet is at present as Russ doesnt have any food in so i have eaten chocolate today but its monthly time as well ..........again so tough luck to me if i have put on weight, i am trying but dont have the heart in it present!!!

..Liesa, thank you, but after having my last baby "Harry" 4 years ago now I went up to a size 14....!![msnscared]...I was always a size 10 before[msnsmile2] As I,ve got older I can't seem to shift the weight like I used to and it makes it worse now as I,m less active because of my back and knee injuries[msncry][msncry]

I,m just aiming to get in my size 12 wedding dress[msnwink]

Food diary today.........

Porridge and banana
Tuna wrap with huge salad and fresh fruit salad
Chilli with small rice, fresh pineapple and low fat natural yogurt.
