    Hi

can i say well done to Kitty and Tracy and Gill[clap][clap][clap]

Sharon your man and my man must have had the same idea this morning[msnwink] i must admit it was nice to wake up naturally

    Julie

looks like you have had the same meals as me today, here are some syns for you

most low fat sausages very in syns from 1 1/2 - 4 syns per sausage
m&s do very low fat sausages that are a free food, bowyers sausages are 1/2 syns each - mediteranian ones are the nicest, quorn sausages are free on both red and green days

bacon is free trim off all the fat first before grilling
brown sauce 1 syn per tablespoon so you probably had about 1/2 syn
small wholemeal bun would be classed as a healthy extra so that would be free also

    chicken free, veg free

chinese sauce, well i used an asda sweet n sour healthy eating one which worked out 2 1/2 syns for 1/3 of a jar if you have a jan/feb sw mag there are two pages full of the best supermarket sauces, i like the teryaki one from asda

pud works out about 3 1/2 - 4 1/2 syns with crumbled ginger nut (about half a biscuit)you need to make sure its very low fat natural yoghurt and again this is another free food

looks like your having a great day to me
dont forget you are allowed 10-15 syns per day, so even if you go over one day then you have syns left over from other days to compensate

    Mizzy

am sure you'll still be popping in with us lots of the time Sheena, and am sure you'll be running round lots so wont have much weight left on you!!

Thanks Liesa I shall give it a few weeks before I pass judgement[msnwink]

Mizzy thank you, both sausages and bacon were very healthy low fat, sausages were Dutchy Originals ( no idea how many syns) and bacon was healthy choice medalions no fat at all, also the pud was without the ginger topping and the yogurt was very low fat natural type. I saw the mag this month with all the sauces but mine was Sainsburys small sachet (not featured) so I reckoned about 3 syns[msnwink]

I am here, just been with the old and bold today, lunch in Bournemouth with MIL and her sister, 93 and 95 respectively.

Meal out was dreadful, all tasteless roasts etc. So today is a write off, will have to be very good next few days.

Just so you can see all is well here are my fierce hounds!
