Just me again being reading through the posts ( there are hundreds ) and this red/green day has me intriqued, plus I love porridge. Were will I find these diet plans or are they just recipes/plans you have all made up yourselves. This is the first time I have ever tried to really lose weight, I have been lucky and not needed to before. God I hate this getting old lark! Liesa have you tried asking your doctor for the pain killers "Tramadol" sometimes they are under the name "Zydol". They are REALLY strong and take a while to get used to, it is like drinking a bottle of wine when you first start taking them but they do help with the knee pain.

Morning ladies....Just got up!!! OMG you say!! Well my darling has just left me to have a lie in and seen to the children! I even have had my breakfast made for me in bed[msnsmile2][msnsmile2]
...had a shower and now feeling good! Paul made me some scrammbled eggs with wholemeal toast as he knows I'm really trying with my diet!

Liesa, sorry to hear you've had another bad night, it must be dreadful for you! I know nightime is the worse when suffering pain.
Like Norma mentions (welcome Norma[msnwink]) I too am on Tramodol and they work brilliant for me along side another pain killer I take for my back.
Obviously they don't work for everybody. Can't you get back to your doctor and ask them to try you with yet another different painkiller, theres so many out there.

Have a nice day everyone and stick to your plans!![msnwink][msnsmile2]

Liesa....I origianlly just took Co-Codomol but after a while they just didn't have any affect so my doctor prescribed tramodol to take in Addition with the other painkillers (as with some anti-inflams-diclofenic) they now do work for me but you have to avoid alcohol like the plague!![msneek] or they have no affect and can actually make you poorly.

Yes you can Liesa, I take co-dydramoll with mine, I am allergic to anti inflamatory drugs so this causes real problems for me as that is really the only things that can give good relief. The only way I get a good nights sleep is if I get John to pull my legs!!I am of to have a very healthy stir fry.
