Done my treadmill work after the porridge and just had tuna salad for lunch .Haven't got a clue if I have lost any weight as I don't own scales but I certainly can see a difference in my profile so am pleased .BoughtSW 's book Food with Family and Friends and aim to use it to plan meals as I don't like flying blind so to speak if I have a goal.Been drinking loads of lovely cold water.Hoping to be slimmer by the time I go to Spain at half term (and get John to lose a few pounds as well in the bargain).

Happy Birthday Sally, it's only day, just get back on plan after the weekend!

Fruit for brekkies, tons of water, hike with the hounds in the wet, cheese omelette & salad for lunch and eating my muller light yog as I type. Going to pour over my recipe books for some inspiration before I go and do my mega shop!

Happy Birthday Sally [grouphug] a capricorn just like me

have a lovely meal out for your birthday for mine we went and had the pizza hut buffet lunch (kids choice) and i ate so much i was stuffed[msnembarrased]

OB haven't got a clue on thorntons chocolate egg a creme egg is about 8 1/2 syns if there is a weight on the packet i could give you an idea

some good choices for when nothing but that chocolate fix will do
    curly wurly 6 1/2 syns
    animal bar 5 syns
    milky way 5 1/2 syns
snack size galaxy ripple 4 1/2 syns
boots shapers cool mint and nougat bar 4 syns
under 99 calories bournville or dairy milk 5 syns or dairy milk mint chips 4 1/2 syns

a good tip if you gonna eat a mars bar is to freeze it first then it lasts much longer[msnsmile2]

i am still on a roll eating properly, exercising and drinking less coffee and more water

i went to visit my mother yesterday and she wanted me to have some new years cake which i refused so she proceeded to offer me a box of dark chocolate ginger and a box of cherry brandy liquers which i normally would have had eaten before you could say " share them around" but i was really good and refused her kind offer[msneek] but by god it was hard doing so
i mean i know i could class the cherries as fruit making them free food but somehow i'd have to eat the chocolate and drink the liquer even if i didn't want too[msnwink]

i am having some much deserved "me time" at the moment, my darling husband has taken the two horrors to the park to feed the ducks and he will be gone until dark - yipee!!!![msnsmile2]
