I am waiting until Sunday to weigh in! Well I am weighing in at home, but Hubby is going to track it with me, so at least I am not just doing it by myself....[msnsmile2] I better have lost something.

I've been having WW Tropical Muesli for Brekkie this week, a sandwich, some fruit mid afternoon, I made a low cal curry tonight and treat myself to a lite ovaltine (1 WW point) in the evening when the munchies set in. Why am I always hungrier around 8pm?

I know I was naughty big time at the Italian last Friday but apart from that I have been an absolute [angel] since I've been back at work and I've worked hard at the gym.......
Wish I hadn't got on the scales [msnsad]

Congratulations Julie[clap][clap][clap]

Twiglet i too am always hungry around 8-9pm and its always for something sweet i usually have some fruit and a yoghurt or i save some syns and have a meringue nest with half a chopped banana topped with a muller yog and some crumbled ginger nut biscuit[msntongue] it works out about 4 1/2 syns but i'm not sure about ww points

Sheena you asked for some positive thoughts to help you through "supper" is there any possibility you could take one course of the meal with you, that way you can have something that you can control the fat content, as for drink i would alternate one alcoholic drink with one diet drink etc; the important thing is not to get to hung up on things after all it is one meal and you should enjoy then carry on as normal tommorow
have a lovely night out[msnsmile]

Be Good everyone the weekend is upon us[msnwink]

Sheena why get a litre bottle of sparkling water and have it with ice and lemon[msnwink] Take some veg crudities and salsa dip they are virtually calorie free[msnwink]

Low fat curry..........I always go for tikka or tandori chicken and mix with salad and yogurt mint dressing[msnwink]
