Well I am going to sign up for this OV thread as well!
I got some photos back from the Irish Ball in Melbourne in July, and I was a bit shocked at how much weight I have put on. I want to lose about 7 lbs and then I will be delighted! I am going to track my points at home, rather than paying membership each week, and come in and get lots of tips (like Mach's soup). Althought its summer here, so lots of nice fruit and salads around!

i am gonna start a new exercise regime today and my darling husband has suggested i try the "oz aerobics" from the sky sports channel, i wonder why[msnwink] now there's support and spectator support and i think its the latter my dh is interested in
i have put my foot down with a resounding NO, if he thinks i'm gonna jump up and down getting all hot and sweaty with all my wobbly bits on show whilst he watches a gorgeous bekini beach babe do the same with very little effort he's got another thing coming[msnmad]
