Good day again. Spent most of the day at work, so no time to think about food[msnwink]

Porridge as usual. Sandwich and salad at lunchtime, stir fry chicken for tea with chinese style sauce(low cal) and lots of veg. Several pieces of fruit over the day. 2 litres of water whilst working!

Tired out, but promised to play KerPlunk with youngest [msneek] [/quote]Sounds like you are exhusted Carole, well done on your eating though[clap][clap][clap]

Had my combined brekkies & lunch at 5.00pm last night - a small rice salad, and then tomato pasta & salad for supper, drinking loads of water, and 1 small glass of red wine.

Still jet-lagged and wide awake about 3.00am and as had not eaten much supper (still rather full from late lunch) was starving, so gave in and got up and had cup of tea and brown bread toast with marmite!

Oh well back on the wagon today, porridge for brekkies, plate of smoked salmon & salad for lunch, just debating what to do for supper, but drinking loads of water.

Had quite a good day yesterday but went slightly over my points.
Woke up this morining and couldn't believe my eyes,[msnoo]I had lost one and half stones. No it wasn't a dream, the battery needed changing.[msnsad]
Never mind. Roast today with all the trimmings, but will be having a Jacket Potato and not the normal roast.

    Mizzy NO!!!!

Don't give it to the children!!!!!!!! First read the list of ingredients[msnoo][msnoo] E471, E330, E160a+b to name but a few.[msnsad] If your children suffer from being a bit hyper then watch out for stuff like this!!!!

The Hyperactive Children's Support Group is a registered charity which has been successfully helping ADHD/Hyperactive children and their families for over 25 years. The HACSG is Britain's leading proponent of a dietary approach to the problem of hyperactivity.

In 1987 the HACSG, with the support of Dr.Neil Ward, Senior Lecturer in Chemistry at the University of Surrey and the group's Scientific Director, found that, out of a total of 357 children who had been diagnosed as hyperactive, 87% had adverse reactions to artificial colourings and 72% to artificial preservatives in food. Similar results were discovered in 1993 at the Institute of Child Health, and as long ago as 1987 a Scottish psychiatrist, Dr. Ian Menzies, obtained consistently positive results in treating hyperactive children by removing artificial additives from their diet. Similarly, a recent report published by the Food Commission confirms that studies involving 277 children on the Isle of Wight have shown food additives to be a major cause of misconduct in children.

    Good luck with weigh in[clap][clap][clap]
