    Took the plunge and weighed myself, 5lb on[msnsad][msnscared][msncry][msnoo][msneek][msnembarrased][msnmad].

    I thought it was going to be more as it feels like I have piled it on.

    So I am now determined to get rid of that extra weight and then some more.

    Evening all!!!

    Where are you all???? I hope you are not hiding because you have been naughty????

    Another good day for me, eaten well but all good stuff....porridge.......super smoothie........chichen flat bread...............home made chilli (Small bowl) with green salad..........only 1 skinny latte today.......3 litres of water so far.....and I am eating an apple as I type[clap][clap][clap][clap][clap][clap]

    Did 3k on the treadmill and a hour long walk out in a lovely country park[clap][clap][clap]

    i have just got the kids into their own rooms so i can now have some me time[msnsmile2]

    you will have been really proud of me today i have totally stuck to my eating plan and i have had no more than the 6 cups of coffee that i planned to have for me this is [angel]ic

    i am sooo proud of myself whilst i reckoned that i usually drink 12 cups a day my darling husband says its more like 16 plus[msneek]

    i feel really good and although i have had some little headaches throughout the day i feel much less hyper and shaky than usual

    so i'm gonna try for 5 cups tommorow do you think i can do it?[msnscared] Mizzy

    ooohh mad house here so not had much time to chat!!

    Not a bad day for me today.

    2 weetabix with skimmed milk for breakfast

    bowl of french onion soup + 2 ryevitas for lunch

    2 pears+ 1 banana for snack

    roast chicken + fresh vegatables for dinner!!

    2 and half litres of water[msneek] ( 22 visits to the loo!!)

    Yes I do think you can do it you have proved that today[grouphug] for you!!

    You will have some headaches etc as you withdraw from your high levels of caffeine but its short term so stick with it[clap][clap][clap]

    Go for it!!!!

    I just had a craving to eat something so I had a bag of Seed Mix by the Food Doctor and I am OK now - they are low carb, high protein, high fibre and rich in omega 6[msnwink] I really am going for heathy foods and get away from all processed and foods containing additives[msneek]

    Good luck tomorrow with the coffee[msnwink]

    Totally hectic day, but stuck only to healthy food[angel]

    Did 8 1/2 hours decorating with no breaks whatsoever! Porridge for breakfast, 3 apples and a banana whilst working. Low fat ready meal for tea with salad and yoghurt. Fruit tonight for snacks. Didn't drink anywhere near enough water during the day but will make up for it tomorrow by taking a huge bottle with me and keeping it by my side!

    At the moment, I feel determined to do this diet as I can't bear my clothes feeling tight. Beacuse of this, although I feel fairly hungry some of the time,I've no wish to "cheat". I just hope I feel like this for long enough to see some results[msnwink]
