Hi, not been on here for a while, never seem to have the time lately[msnsad]
Things seem to be going better this week for me, I hope that I have a good result on Wednesday.
Having beef stew for dinner, I can smell it cooking and it smells lovely. Would give anything to have a couple of dumplings with it but know that they are a no no[msncry]

Had huge curry lunch at my mother's today with all the family, so today is a complete write off!
We exchanged Christmas presents, and my sister - knowing I am on a diet gave me .... a humungous chocolate panetone[msnmad]. That's going straight into the office for them to eat rather than us!
Going to hop onto the scales tomorrow am and see if it is worth me being weighed at another Slimming World than mine - if I am the same not worth it!
Tomorrow will be porridge for brekkies, salad for lunch and cottage pie for supper, and will need to chop up some carrots, celery etc. for the plane journey as we fly to Florida on Tuesday am!

Well I have to admit to really blowing it this weekend.
A night in with my friend on Friday with lots of wine and pizza.
Fish and chips on Saturday lunch time, girlies Xmas party night on Saturday - we all take wine and nibbles to a friends house and generally pig out [sick]
Was at a surprise birthday party yesterday and altho not bad food wise as I ate a Sunday dinner I did have beer
