weigh in tonight for me and i'm not very optomistic
i look and feel very bloated and the steroids have already made my face look all puffed up
only 3 more weigh-ins til christmas[msneek]
i'm off to the pictures this afternoon to see harry potter, my children are off for a teacher training day so we gonna keep them busy with a much promised cinema trip
i need to be good because the cinemas neighbours are pizza hut, kfc and mcdonalds
[msntongue] will need iron willpower or i'm afraid i will pig out and then miss class tonight
