    well done Paula and Jan

    weigh in tonight for me and i'm not very optomistic
    i look and feel very bloated and the steroids have already made my face look all puffed up

    only 3 more weigh-ins til christmas[msneek]

    i'm off to the pictures this afternoon to see harry potter, my children are off for a teacher training day so we gonna keep them busy with a much promised cinema trip

    i need to be good because the cinemas neighbours are pizza hut, kfc and mcdonalds

    [msntongue] will need iron willpower or i'm afraid i will pig out and then miss class tonight

    GINGER
    Ginger stimulates the digestive system, so food is broken down more quickly. This means there is less food left in the stomach for bacteria and yeast to feed on, so less gas is produced.

    FENNEL TEA
