Sharon - well done on the weight loss [clap] Keep it up

Lucy - good luck for your weigh in tommorrow, I'll keep my fingers crossed for you

Kaz - I've probably missed you but if you do read this - have a GREAT holiday. You are allowed to eat whatever you like, after all you can't deny yourself in Florida.......

I've been good this weekend - even refused alcohol but won't be doing that every weekend [msneek]
I'm a stone heavier than I was this time last year - but my first target is to lose half a stone.

Anita the No Count diet is part of the new Switch thing that WW are doing. The regular Full Choice (points diet) and No Count, where you don't point the food basically. You eat three meals a day enough to fill you up not overstuff you, from a list of foods, and only eat fruit between meals. Its meant to take you back to whole foods again,. and it steers clear of processed and sugary foods. You do have a point allownace of 21 per week, to be used wisely [msnwink]

I just wondered whether anyone had tried it on here successfully. If not I will be the guinea pig next week. !

Well girls as I thought ...............I stayed the same, not lost an ounce!!!

Oh well just had a hour+ with trainer and did a mega workout, he has given me a harder training programme for this week and when I showed him my food diary he has made some adjustments to this weeks eating plan. He said it will be hard as I aready work out and eat quite well, so weight loss will be slow but 2lbs a week is realistic.

So lets see how this week goes, I will do this if it kills me!!!![msnscared]
