i have been naughty this last week and made up for lost time!!!
i think according to my scales i have put on 10lbs!!!!!!! but its not there to stay!!!!

feeling sick as i type, not much of a trip report but will scribble something down, just didnt have the strength/energy to do much and was afraid of it happening again!!
am going to see my Gp in an hour, i have pains in my back/side again and feel sick, and some pains across the top of tum so am getting very anxious!!!!!
dont feel like eating now so hopefully will get the pre hols weight again!!![sick] I will......

Am being good so far this week. Even managed a coffee morning today without sucumbing to a single cake[msnsad] Just lots of coffee!!
Had a Minestrone soup for lunch and am going for a chickpea curry tonight. This week I WILL NOT give in a eat the samosa and bahji [msnembarrased]. All today's sins will be going on Red wine tho[beer] Well a girl has got to have something to look forward to [msnwink]
This weekend could be a bit tricky as it is my birthday and I am going to vist my sister. She is threatning a dinner out with cocktails [msncry]
