Don't have the guilt trip - us women have enought of those anyway. You are allowed a treat at times. Luckily I do not have that problem any more or should I say I do not have that excuse any more.
I did not get my walk in with the dog this afternoon as I had to take her to the vets as she suddenly went all lethagic on me. She had developed a trauma swelling under her tongue. Consultation, 2 injections and 2 sets of tablets set me back £76. [:O][:O][:O]

OK am going to try the Mix2Max (or is it the other way round??) for a second week, but have said to my SW leader if I don't lose weight this week will go back to green and original days.
Looks like a little night reading and will have to ensure I am up to speed with the a's & b's so I can get it right!

1lb off, was a little disappointed with that as I was hoping it would be the 2lb I put on last week[msnsad]

I've started well today and had a very long uphill walk, not intentional I must add. I was driving to work and smoke started coming up through my dash board. I had to park up and walk.
I'm having roast for tea because we missed it on Sunday.
