Good morning all, started with cereal and apple again - just hope I do not get bored with it and indulge in the croissants that hubby loves. No badminton today so will have to have two long walks with the dog - luckily she never gets worn out. Planning cold turkey sald for lunch so still feeling committed - I think?

Hope your daughter was OK Sally.

Luckily no broken bones[msnsmile2], she has ripped the soft tissue although she is in great pain. She has stayed home today and have just chucked her off the computer to go and have a shower. Not much chance of me getting on here much.

Didn't get home from the hospital until gone midnight, god I hate those places[gun]

Feeling much better today and am determined to get back on track[msnsmile2]

    Have a good day everyone[grouphug]

Morning all, hard boiled eggs & toms again for breakfast. And just so you can see how saintly I am I bought 2 pain au cholocat for YD's breakfast and let her eat them! (Well take one to college and eat the other, why is it they can't eat cereal??[V])

Rice salad with chicken for lunch and tomato pasta for supper. Dogs have been walked and are off having a cut and blow dry, and will either get a very long walk this afternoon, or I will go to the gym and they will have their normal 45 min one.

Spend 2 days at home a week, and am trying to get to sort out all the paperwork that has built up while I was ill. Nothing to do with tax returns or not being able to find anything! But am slowly getting through backlog of clothes not put away by errant daughters - or DH, do we have the only household that no-one can put anything away in? Or bags of single socks that don't match, why oh why does my machine eat socks!!

And tomorrow am is the Macmillan Cancer World's Greatest Coffee Morning - anyone going? I am so will be sciving off work for a couple of hours[msnwink]. Altogether now, NO CAKES OR BISCUITS FOR ME PLEASE!!

Sally what a horrible day for you, hope it gets better, and grumpy daughter in pain will not be an easy companion, who is going to win the competition to be on the computer? You will be safe when neighbours, home and away, the OC are on if nothing else!

Glad to hear that your daughter has no broken bones. Just as well you do not want to spend too much time at QA. Just tell her she needs to rest with her leg on a stool if you need to get to the computer. Back to school tomorrow?

Must be something in the air today - have teenage son off school with sickness today so am pandering him most of today I can see

Had Museli for breakfast today and some Baxters Heathly option soup for lunch. Think it may be chicken cassarole for tea tonight with lots of veggies.
