At last a chance to catch up - cereal and apple for breakfast, then an hours badminton followed by coffee with the girls - resisted the cream cake though. Then home for coffee with hubby, he never manages to make his own. Ham salad for lunch. Feeling quite virtous at the moment.
Now off to get something for dinner and then walk the dog.

The walking alone should keep the weight off, I've yet to put on a pound in Florida. I always had carrot cake for dessert and kidded myself it was vegetable based anyway[msnwink]

Having a bad day[msneek]
My daughter Hannah fell down the stairs this morning, rushing because she was late, when she came home from school her foot is very swollen and when she went to the medical room they seem to think something is broken[msnsad]
Still no car, waiting for Peter to get home with the other car, should be back about 8.30pm and then it's off to hospital.
To top it all, took the dog out and it poured with rain, was soaked to the skin.
So fed up I just want to eat[msnscared]
Could do without a car bill, broken bones and putting on weight 2 weeks before we go to Florida.
Oh yes, I am also missing my Jessica.

I've had another good day today although the only part of my body that got real excercise was my fingers.
Today I had porridge again for breakfast, I'd forgotten how lovely this was. For dinner I had a small salad, then my tea was lovely, I had chicken, sauted potatoes and stuffed peppers. I feel very committed at the moment butit's early days yet.
