    Good morning.
    Still on track! Having porridge for breakfast, fruit mid morning, small salad sandwich or porridge for lunch, lowfat evening meal with lots of veggies/salad, followed by yoghurt and fruit. Doing exercise v early each morning as out at work during the day.Hope this works, as have put on a bit more weight after coming home from Florida(it doesn't take much,believe me!)

    weigh in this morning!! hoping to have at least stayed the same??
    but have been very very good!!
    everyone is noticing my weight loss, and i did measure myself at the beginnning of the year and i have 1 inch of my bust and half off my waist i know its working thats the main thing, so hopefully will stay on the right track now!!!

    oh and by the way did i mention i am going to florida tomorrow?????[laugh][laugh][laugh]

    Well I'm fed up today, the 2lb I lost last week is back on again[msnsad]

    I seem to be stuck now. I will have to try harder as I still want another stone off.

    OH MY GOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i so cant believe i have lost yet another 2lbs!!!!
    Nurse now makes me 16 stone and 3lbs!!! cheshire cat grin!!!

    Steve stayed at 15 stone last night
    so well done to hubby!!

    Sally, it was bound to slow down after all you have been constantly losing since JAN, stop worrying for starters!!!

    well done to everyone losers or not!! just for sticking with it!! look at my track record!!!!! it has finally hit me and I DONT WANNA BE FAT!!!!!!! and now i'm very happy i have wanted to be in the 16 stones area for so long!!!

    i am nearly at the 15 stone something!!this is gonna get so much harder!!! but i am enjoying it!!!

    I did 360 skips last night, I've got Disney Calfs this morning!

    Amazing really, I've been meaning to do some exercise for around....10 years, seriously, I haven't done any real exercise for that long. Just reading this thread has got me motivated (Just) I i know it's only three days but it's a start that I've struggled to make. Thanks everyone for the encouragement, I might see my sixtieth birthday after all.

    Julie....I was really good at the Italian yesterday. I did drink lots of water (still) like advised. Everyone else had a starter, I didn't[msnsmile2]. I had a tuna pasta bake with tomatoes (no creamy sauce). Everyone else had a dessert, I didn't[8D] and then finished with brandy coffee's!!.......I didn't!! I had a plain black coffee[msnsmile2]....I really impressed my friend (who is also on a diet) as she had the full works and felt bad after[msnembarrased]


    Sally.... You've done so well in the past, don't worry, its only a minor setback.

    Fiona....Well done[clap][clap]

    Jill....Don't even look at the cream cakes (give them the dog!!)[msnwink]

    Paula...keep up the good work walking (the kids will appreciate you more when you do give them a lift in the car!!)
