Good morning.
Still on track! Having porridge for breakfast, fruit mid morning, small salad sandwich or porridge for lunch, lowfat evening meal with lots of veggies/salad, followed by yoghurt and fruit. Doing exercise v early each morning as out at work during the day.Hope this works, as have put on a bit more weight after coming home from Florida(it doesn't take much,believe me!)
