By the way, I notice I have been promoted to two Star General today.

I'm soooo proud.

I'd like to say I'm very honoured to receive this award, A big thank you to everyone who's helped me, my mum for having me, Mr Jones my English lit teacher for showing me the meaning of Light and dark in Macbeth, the bloke in Asda for letting me know my flies were open last saturday and everyone else without whose support this would not have been possible.

Yes I do[msnsmile2]its in my hall, I do run outside too, I did the Run for Life this year, it was only 5k but all for Cancer Research UK I used to have a Personal Trainer too but Im trying to go it alone so I tend to get up early before the children are awake and do 30 mins before breakfast.............phew!!!!!!!!!!!!!![msnwink]

We did the Stockport on on July 3, which one did Bev do? We did have gorgeous weather too[msnwink]

It was in Bromsgrove, that was last year though.

When I said it was a nice day, I meant special. It was really quite moving seeing the names of all the people who've been lost to, or survived cancer, and so many people there in support.

I have dusted off my bike from the shed and started riding to school with the kids. Will also look to start swimming a couple of times a week too.
