I had a good food day yesterday - and am gradually upping my excercise - managed to run for 3 x 5 minutes with a few minutes walk in between on the treadmill last night. Still need some time to build up to where I was before I was poorly though - the 5 minute spells are all I can manage just now.
Will be trying the WW soup - once I buy a blender [msneek]

It was my 18th yesterday and we too are also still very much in love with each other. He is my best friend and he is so kind and considerate[msnsmile2]
We decided not to go out for a meal as we would only feel guilty. When I came home from work he was in the kitchen cooking dinner for me, chicken stir fry.
I have 2 sisters and 3 brothers, I am the baby, used to hate it when I was little with all of them bossing me around, wouldn't have it anyother way now, sadly one of my brothers is no longer with us.
