My husband eats tons of fruit but he is now having to take senakot[msneek], he has been having problems since we started this healthy eating[msnscared]

Julie, you have every right to be happy, I am chuffed with you. So you only have got to lose 6lb now, keep it up and it won't be long.
I will have a look for tropicana fibre, although I have never heard of it. He really does need a bit a help in that department[msnwink]
Come on ladies, lets all have a loss this week[msnsmile2]
Well done Julie that is great news!
We'll ignore the flying day as that was a disaster, although I did take sticks of carrot and celery and watermelon on board with me - they were left over and would have been chucked out before you think I am a complete saint! Anyway did not eat the cake that came with the lasagne, or the tea - why do BA's caterers think we all want to eat a cheese and onion roll???? What is wrong with those nice little sandwiches they did, at least there was a chance you would like one of them! I can tell you it took willpower as we had 13 hours on the plane as just as we were about to take off they had to abort as the weather radar was not working. Had had a security alert so we had already missed out slot, but the Captain put his foot down and made up 1 hour. Took the scenic route in Miami (heaven forbid someone actually looks at a map before he starts driving, course the fact that my reading glasses were in the boot didn't exactly help either - nor when I pointed out he should have looked at the map!) So we stopped on the Turnpike to find everything but Burger King shut, so gave up the fight and had a big whopper meal. Would like to say I enjoyed it but it was disgusting! Good yesterday till we went out - then had 4 tumblers (cannot believe I am admitting this![drinkbeer]) and have drunk so little for the last 9 months got totally wasted in the words of my children. So I can report that my share of the calamari were excellent, along with my grilled shrimp and salad. Slept like a log last night (I wonder why!) and breakfast so far has been some cherries. DB has gone to hit Publix and I think I can restrain myself from a bacon toastie when he comes back and just have watermelon. Sent him out with long list of salad, low-cal mayo, fruit etc. He says at the end of reading my list oh I think I'll just get some apple pie and Ben & Jerries vanilla ice cream - on the other hand, our team leader did say last week to have some sins EVERY DAY. Still there is some and some isn't there?
Weather is glorious with the usual afternoon tropical storms, had a spectacular one just above us yesterday, having a lovely time chilling by the pool. I have told the children to plan their hols if they want to hit the parks or else they won't get there!
