Well after all my efforts I only lost half a pound this week [msnsad]
But I suppose that's better than putting it on [msnsmile]
I will be just as good next week and hope for better results [msnscared]

Kaz - don't give up hope - this was your first week - I'm sure next week will be better

Liesa!! You said you had no chocolate in the house - where did that Flake come from [msnoo]

I started out so well, losing for the first 3 weeks, then maintaining for 2 weeks and well... its been downhill from there. Help!!!

Liesa even if you are allowed chocs on the points its far better to cut them out completley because you will then not crave them, have something thats will benefit your health like fruit or yogurt or smoothies[msnwink] Its amazing how quickly you get used to not having them[msnwink]

Have to kind of agree with you Julie - I haven't had any chocolate since I came off my hols [angel] But whereas I'm not exactly craving it I could still murder a Mars[msntongue]
But I so want to lose this last half stone I make myself have grapes or something else instead....

I do find ice cream is the hardest "sweet" thing to resist at present [:P]

Liesa if you had it because you "just felt like it " I don't want to be hard but you are doomed to failure!

Also if you had a few fruit smoothies you would not need the Senakot[msnwink] Watch that programme 'You are what you eat' and you will see what I mean!

I honestly think if you want long term success you need to ditch the junk - flakes and quavers have zero nutritional value and certainly don't help you feel full[msnscared] You need some good home cooking, lots of fresh fruits (lots of differents ones) and veggies etc!!! Make some WW veg soup it has zero points but make it homemade!!! With your various ailments WW done the healthy way would do you a whole lot of good as well as losing weight - so come on girl!!![msnwink][msnwink][msnwink]

but if you read my postings on other pages you will see its rare that i have crisps of any kind yes chocolate now and then but hey i am "normal" and get monthly cravings as some do!! Hey Julie we cant all be the model mum like you and "make" fresh veggie soup and read everything that goes into our mouths all the time, the whole point of me doing this was if you remember was not "dieting" but healthy eating and living!!! i dont eat fried foods of any kind i dont eat chips eggs, beans bacon, and dont drink, thats why i am in a dilema about going out tonight, i have done my points for today so know what i am allowed!!
you do your dieting your way and i will mine!![msntongue]
i believe just by writing everything down and watching what i do eat i will lose weight we'll see come tuesday night![msnwink]

also just to let you know asda have innocent smooties down to £1.49[msnwink]

Cool!! I will get down to Asda and stock up as my little ones have just got through half a litre carton for thier pudding[msnsmile]

As for being a model Mum I don't claim to be, but I will not give my family processed prepared meals full of additives and preservatives when I can make them myself and give them good healthy stuff!!

You are a stay at home Mum and have lots of time to make home made WW soup if you really wanted too[msnwink][msnwink] You would be on the loo quicker than any pills will do!!!

As for cravings I too get terrible monthly's and I also eat chocs occasionaly but 98% of the time I eat very healthly[msnsmile2]

i have been there and done that, no one in my house will touch veggies so i end up having it alone, boring!! i cant get mine to eat veggies no matter how hard i tried over the years so hats off to you,
i will get some done over the weekend but then make so much that i have it for ages! again boring!!!
just cos i am at home all day doesnt mean i have the time to be chopping and cooking veggies!
oh well we will have to agree to disagree on somethings!![msnwink]
