Hello everyone-Just checking in using my painfully slow dial up connection. Broadband should be reinstalled tomorrow[clap]. Not done very well lately with the weightloss-very hit and miss, so having a really good try this next couple of weeks!

I am back at work today but still feeling pretty strange [msnscared]
Sadly tho apart from the first day or two I didn't lose my appetite and because I was at home I ate a lot more naughty things than I would have done had I been at work [msnsad]
Also of course I can't go to the gym or do much excerise at all so I don't think I'lll have done very well. I am going to eat well this week tho to make up for not being able to excercise....

Morning all - sorry not been on for a few days my internet connection went kaput at home so no forum for me!! [msnsad]
Anyway the really good news - at my weigh in last thursday night i lost 4 pounds! [msnoo] I couldnt believe it, especially since I haven't done any exercise whatsoever with the arm being bad (which consequently is much better now so back to the swimming)
My mum is trying to loose a stone too and she's managed to loose a couple of pounds since we started, so all in all, a success so far
P.S. Sorry to hear about everyones various ailments & problems, hope you all feel better soon

Hi all
I've decided to go public in my quest to lose some weight! I have put on 5lb in the last 2 weeks as I've been stuck in at home after an operation [msnsad]
I needed to lose some weight before that too, but with only 15 days until I go to Florida I feel drastic action is needed!
