Not too sure if I will have good news tomorrow, feeling really bloated tonight.
It is getting harder now but I will stick with it, I'm enjoying hearing people saying 'you have lost alot of weight'. Makes all the hard work worth it.

julie sorry to hear your not well, my dear old father in law had this many years ago, we all thought he had been drinking as he was so giddy, didnt know if it was meniers disease i think or vertigo eventually diagnosed as vertigo, he got better tho!
