its another scorching day here! i am sweltering just sitting at the pc!!
thinking of all the times i have tried to diet and of course unsuccessfully![msncry][msncry][msncry] wishing i had taken my mums advise about losing weight after each baby![msncry]
why cant i be a lovely size 12 or 14?????[msncry][msncry][msncry][msncry]

Welcome back Trev, well I must be in training for my holidays only 11 days to go now and I put on 1/2lb

there was too much [drinkbeer]at the week end only have myself to blame

well just back from weight watchers
i lost 5 1/2lbs!!!!!!
steve lost 1 1/2lbs!!!

yippeeeeeee!! said i was gonna do it!!!! and i did !!!!!!!!
and i have now christened my new pc!!![msnwink]

Never mind Jackie, and well done to Sheena, and Julieanne it won't take long to get 4lbs off!!!

Im working full time at the moment and eating is going so well and Im still running every morning so wait and see on Friday[msnscared]

the nurse made me 5lbs off! funny after a day off sensible eating and drinking i lose 5 1/2 but after a good nights sleep and no food! i lose 5lbs!!
still at least its off[msnsmile2] cant tell you how chuffed i feel[msncool]

just had a lovely fresh fruilt salad peaches, pineapple, strawberries bananan and orange[msnsmile]ohh how I would have loved a big dollop of fresh cream on the top

Hi all been working so just popping in, had porridge this morning then had nothing all day [msnscared][msnscared][msnscared]!!! My little boy had sports day so I went to that instead of eating[msnsmile2]

Just cooking some fish to have with lovely big salad, feeling much slimmer in my suit skirt today so who knows may lose again on Friday[msnwink][msnwink][msnwink]
