    then you have come to the right place!! i have no willpower either!!! well i am trying very hard now!! i have joined weight watchers along with a visit to the nurse and coming in here every day!! every minute of every day!!! i dont have time to eat so dont know why i am so FAT!!!!!!
    but not any more!!!!! this is the year, it may take me some time but i am going make a significant improvement this year!!!! I WILL

    so sheena when you wanna pick, DONT!!!! come in here and chat away!! someone is always around!!!!

    Hi all!!!

    Well have had a REALLY good day, ran 4 k this morning very early when you were all (except Carole) still sleeping, had porridge for breakfast went to the office of the client I'm helping out so just drank water all day with one small coffee, had a small fruit salad and a yogurt for lunch, was so hungry when I got home so had 2 chicken and mango kebabs and green salad for tea and just had another yogurt and some fruit[clap][clap][clap][clap]

    Liesa sounds like you got off to a good star this morning how was the rest of the day??? Come on lets hear what you food diary says[msnwink]

    Hi Sheena-welcome!

    Morning everyone else.
    Very busy day yesterday. Yes Julie, I was up early(as usual[msnscared])
    It seems to be the only way I can get everything done. I always exercise before the children are up.
    Had to fit in 4 hours work between school runs, food shopping, cooking and doing some heavy gardening. This is not to mention having 2 guests for tea who were supposed to leave at 7pm but stayed until just after 9!
    Food ok today. Usual porridge and fruit for breakfast. Same for lunch. For tea, I made a huge chicken pie with a suet crust pastry plus all the trimmings and a nice pud! I had chicken breast in gravy with veg and sugar free jelly whilst they all sat and ate the former[clap][clap]
    Snacked on peaches and apples-so, not bad!
    Tomorow is a worry as we are having friends round for a meal and I'm cooking. I intend to try to limit the amount of "bad" things I'm making
    (and the quantity so there's not lots of leftovers!)so I'm not tempted to go overboard.

    Hi all! note the time!!!
    right yesterday was a great day, i had seriously oaty for brekky with a couple of fresh strawberries on top! very nice,i had weight watchers cakes so wrote down when i had 2 (yes 2) with my tea, ate fruit as well but i am not going to include fruit on the ww as i will want to pick if i cant snack on fruit!!! i spend lots of time indoors and thats lethal!! had a ready meal for dinner and it filled me nicely, oh had a chicken roll (tiny roll kid size) with ww yoghurt and fruit,
    had to pinch (very naughty) 2 gingerbread men little ones when i went to bed (at 9pm) had to take tabs and they must be with food or my tummy knows about it!!
    have just had seriously oaty brekky again and its lovely!! must admit the portion size says everything about how much i eat!!! normally have at least double that size[msnembarrased]
    but i feel very good about myself, and am very very into this diet, also with steve doing it as well its good cos he guides me!!!!

    so another good day today even tho likkle monster is coming to play with nanny!!! (i love him!!!) hes into everything so will keep me very busy today!!!

    Gosh you were all up early this morining [|)] [|)] [|)]

    I was amazed when I got on the scales this morning - I have only put on 4lbs!!!! I think the rest of it must be floating around somewhere and will be on the scales with me next week [msnscared]

    Liesa - you've had two good days by the sound of it - keep it up. Just watch those nibbles [msnwink]
    Keep watching us all and keeping us on track.........

    Sorry I havnt been around much this week but well done to all "losers".

    I have lost 3lbs this week which isnt bad considering I didnt start until Monday.

    Hi All,
    Thanks for the welcome,I was up early this morning trying to get everything done before my grandson arrived,just managed it,Iwould like to loose 2 stone or 28 lbs depending on where you are from, a big order for three months just hope i can do it .
    I had porridge for breakfast and i am going to take Jude to the park this afternoon and instead of going in the car i will walk just need some good weather to give me more of an incentive to get out there and excercise dont like cool weather

    Hey Sheena same as me!! we are off in 3 months or so, so i would like to lose at least 2 stone by then but God knows i have many more to go!!!
    have got my grandson for the day (again thats twice this week) so hes helping me by keeping me on my toes!!!
    have done very well today!!!!!! and all week!!!

    Have you all seen this weeks Closer magazine?

    There is a great story about Michele McManus (X factor winner) she has lost 5 stone on Dr Gillian McKeiths eating plan, she was 21 stone 12lbs and went fom a size 26 to an 18!! It also includes a 7 day eating plan which is so healthy!! What I like about her is there are no limits in quantities and Michele was losing a stone a month!!!

    I like weight loss plans that actively promote fresh foods, there are some recipes that I will definitly use[msnwink]
