Trev, my husband used to do loads of 10k and triathlons, 1996-1998 but stopped. He did do the Keswick Challenge last year, cycling, running and canoeing and raised £2,000 for guide dogs for the blind[clap].
It is only recently that he has started looking at doing it again although he does loads of running etc for work, he is in the Brecon Beacons today, walking up hills etc.
Don't think he will go in for it this year, but maybe next[msnwink]
i put on 3lbs this week, but understandable seeing as quite a bit of drinky poos is passing my lips at weekends now [msnsmile2][msnsmile2][msnsmile2]

We all seem more motivated this week.(Me included for the first time for a while[msnembarrased].) Had a good day Mon. Started off with 40 mins split between running and crosstraining. Spent most of the day decorating the kitchen which had the benefit of keeping my mind off food and burning off a few calories.[msnwink]
She had 36 spots I counted before she went to bed last night[msnscared]
Waiting for her to wake up to see how she is?? She slept all night bless her!!

yes but that was so much better then the nibbling before, i just went for the kill and had one! just one!!!!!! hopefully when i get on the scales tomorrow there will be a good weight loss!!!!!!
