Porridge for me this morning got my 2 litre bottle of water, tuna salad for lunch and chicken stir fry for tea and another run later!!!

Been having crumpets or pikelets as a little treat every now and again.
Don't have many but I thought I had read that they are better than toast.
If I do have them I put some spread such as Benecol on and a tiny bit of jam - delicious [msntongue] [msntongue]
