have been hitting the lemon flavoured wholemeal pittas from sainsburys this week.

filling: wild rocket, touch of tzatziki, splash of hot tomato salsa and hot salmon fillet chucked in the middle. hmmmm[msnsmile2]

the salmon is £9.99 for 1kg fresh in individual packs. 1min 30 in the micro with black pepper and a douse of lemon juice - dreamy

Been in the gym today. Got on the treadmill. Still had the hill incline up the programme, but when it come to a lower incline stepped up the pace and jogged and then when it went to the high peaks brought it down to a quick walk. managed to do five sprints efforts in between. and did the rower again. Didn't have time to do weights though.

I think my calorie intake is lower than 1500 though.
Weetabix in the morning.
Chicken salad for lunch
Fresh veg and chicken for dinner
with a couple of cups of tea no sugar in between.

I forgot in my exercise regime I do trampoling on Friday as well.

Me too! had mine with mixed salad greens and tuna! Yummy!! Even had a splash of Pizza Express dressing which I love![msnsmile2]
