Is it around 100 when you are busy or sitting at a desk?
No its wont affect your eating habits however healthy eating and avoiding additives and stimulants like coffee etc all help to keep your heart beating at the right pace.[msnwink]

I have been sat down. I dont drink coffee usually only a treat on Sunday we bought flavoured coffee back from Florida. I have also changed from normal tea to Tetley decaf as I was have trouble with heartburn, and ruled out everthing else and found it to be tea, and now I have no problems. My eating habits is pretty good not excellent, I don't have chips, takeaways as hubby is dieting as well, I always have fresh veg and chicken, the only thing I have changed is now having a breakfast and snack at lunch time, which I normally did without.
For the past how many years my sort of resting heartbeat has normally been about 90-100
