villa check

[dodgey memory]

I know this has appeared here before but i can't find it now. A friend of mine wants to rent a villa which she found on a web site but wants to be sure that the villa is owned by the person who is trying to let it. I seem to remember that there is some way of checking. I have told her to book through OV as yours have all been vetted but she has fallen in love with this particular house.
