What is the item u forget to pack & miss the most?

Always take T-bags, gravy granules (they usually come back),would love to be able to take bread!!! although Walmarts 'toasting bread' is O.K. Have never forgotten specs. but would scream if I did. Would die of boredom on the plane if I could'nt read. Chloe

Tea bags and sweetex ! Can't get tablet style sweetex over there hate the powdered low calorie sugar ! and... funnily enough find sugar too sweet now.
